The staff is one built on experience, education, and a genuine desire to work with young children. The teachers have been carefully selected and are dedicated to the health and well-being of the children. They all must have current CPR/First Aid, HIV and Blood Borne Pathogen training as well as a Food Handler’s Card. They must pass a TB test and complete a Criminal Background check through the DSHS. The staff must also take additional training courses each year including Montessori workshops and conferences.
